Terms of use

Draft for review before launch.

Using the API

With a key you may request questions and show them in your app, game, website or event, within your plan's limits. The free plan is for testing and personal, non-commercial use; commercial use needs a paid plan.

What you may not do

• Copy, resell or republish the question set, or build a database or rival service from it.
• Share your key or use several keys to get around limits.
• Use the questions in a way that suggests we endorse your product.

The questions

The questions are our original work. We work hard to keep them accurate, but we provide them as they are, without a guarantee that every fact is right. Tell us about a mistake and we'll fix it.

Changes and ending

We may change the API, limits or prices with notice, and suspend keys that break these terms. You can stop using the API and cancel a paid plan any time.
